REGULATIONS

1.     This event is open to all kind of bicycle.

2.     Participant under 18 years old are not allowed.

3.     All participants compulsory to have safety equipments for night ride.

4.     In case of withdrawal from participation, no refund will be permissible.
5.   The Organizer will not be responsible for any accidents or injuries caused of participants and lost or damage to properties before, during or after this event.

2.     本活动只接受18岁或以上者报名参加。

3.     参加者必须拥有夜骑的安全装备。

4.     参加费恕不退回。

5.     无论在本活动进行之前,之后或进行中,对于任何参加者的伤亡或财物损失,本主办单位将不   负起任何形式的责任。
